01 - Termos Gerais
- Os preços estão sujeitos a alterações com base na demanda.
- Eu tenho o direito de rejeitar qualquer pedido por qualquer motivo.02 - Pagamento
- A moeda aceita é USD ou BRL e pode ser paga por PayPal ou Pix.
- As comissões podem ser pagas 100% antecipadamente ou divididas em 50% antecipadamente e 50% após a aprovação do esboço.
- Não me envie nenhum pagamento antes de eu concordar em lhe dar uma vaga e solicitar que você me envie o pagamento.03 - Processo e Entrega
- O tempo que leva para terminar sua comissão varia de 1 semana a 2 meses.
- Depois que a peça estiver concluída, você receberá a imagem em resolução total junto com um tamanho compatível com a web. Não há produto físico.04 - Revisões
- Você ganha 3 rodadas de mudanças na peça encomendada incluída no preço.
- Uma taxa será adicionada se você quiser que algo seja alterado no desenho final.
- Se a sua referência não estiver clara, as alterações terão um custo extra.05 - Direitos Autorais e Uso
- Eu, Lilly Sinclair (a artista):
- Eu me reservo o direito de cancelar e reembolsar o pedido a qualquer momento.
- Eu retenho todos os direitos autorais sobre as obras de arte encomendadas.
- Eu me reservo o direito de postar a arte encomendada online, em meu portfólio, e em publicações.
- Você (o cliente/comissário):
- Você pode fazer upload da arte encomendada em sites e canais sociais.
- Você NÃO pode lucrar com a peça encomendada.
- Você NÃO pode alterar a arte encomendada sem o meu consentimento.
- Você PODE ter permissão para vender a arte se ela fizer parte de um Adotável.
- Você retém os direitos de propriedade intelectual (PI).
- Você NÃO pode usar a arte comissionada para fins comerciais.06 - Política de Cancelamento e Reembolso
- O comprador não pode ser reembolsado depois que comecei a trabalhar na comissão.
- Se, por qualquer motivo, eu não puder iniciar sua comissão, você receberá um reembolso total.
- Se você cancelar seu pedido antes de eu iniciá-lo, poderá obter um reembolso total.
- Se você está recebendo um reembolso, não solicite um chargeback do Paypal.
- Se você solicitar um estorno do Paypal indevidamente, perderá todos os direitos sobre a peça encomendada.

• Terms of Service •

01 - General Terms
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I reserve the right to reject any request for any reason.02 - Payment
- Accepted currencies are USD or BRL, payable via PayPal or Pix.
- Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or split into 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Do not send any payment before I agree to give you a slot and request that you send the payment.03 - Process and Delivery
- The time it takes to complete your commission varies from 1 week to 2 months.
- Once the piece is completed, you will receive the image in full resolution along with a web-compatible size. There is no physical product.04 - Revisions
- You get 3 rounds of changes in the commissioned piece included in the price.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing.
- If your reference is not clear, changes will incur an extra cost.05 - Copyrights and Usage
- Me, Lilly Sinclair (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artworks.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned art online, in my portfolio, and in publications.
- You (the client/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned art to websites and social channels.
- You may NOT profit from the commissioned piece.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned art without my consent.
- You MAY be allowed to sell the art if it's part of an Adoptable.
- You retain the intellectual property (IP) rights.
- You may NOT use the commissioned art for commercial purposes.06 - Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The buyer cannot be refunded after I start working on the commission.
- If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I start it, you may get a full refund.
- If you are receiving a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback.
- If you improperly request a Paypal chargeback, you will lose all rights over the commissioned piece.
