• Terms of Service •
01 - General Terms
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I reserve the right to reject any request for any reason.02 - Payment
- Accepted currencies are USD or BRL, payable via PayPal or Pix.
- Commissions can be paid 100% upfront.
- Do not send any payment before I agree to give you a slot and request that you send the payment.03 - Process and Delivery
- The time it takes to complete your commission varies.
- Once the piece is completed, you will receive the image in full resolution along with a web-compatible size.04 - Revisions
- There are no revisions for skeb commissions.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing.
- If your reference is not clear, changes will incur an extra cost.05 - Copyrights and Usage
- Me, Lilly Sinclair (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artworks.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned art online, in my portfolio, and in publications. (unless the client pays for NDA)
- You (the client/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned art to websites and social channels.
- You may NOT profit from the commissioned piece if commercial use is not included.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned art without my consent.
- You MAY be allowed to sell the art if it's part of an Adoptable.
- You retain the intellectual property (IP) rights.
- You may NOT use the commissioned art for commercial purposes if commercial use is not included.06 - Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The buyer cannot be refunded after I start working on the commission.
- If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I start it, you may get a full refund.
- If you are receiving a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback.
- If you improperly request a Paypal chargeback, you will lose all rights over the commissioned piece.
